Soft launch of our Linux SDK today!! Please have a look at the lib and comment at Github.
Did you someone successfully install the Linux SDK on Raspberry Pi 2 + Rasbbian? I'm running in a bunch of dependency problems when trying to build and install the newest version of Bluez...
@Pierre DOMINIQUE: I think it's just an Android-Pi-bridge, they're not talking about a SDK for Raspbian.
Great idea, hope there will be an SDK that can be used on Raspbian, soon!
Good news! With Flic 2 we will publish the communication protocol so that it can be connected to anything with BLE. https://flic.io/flic2
Hi everyone! We’re going to mark this idea as “under review” since the Flic Hub (http://bit.ly/flichub) is in process and that will allow you to use your Flics without a phone, and program them via wifi/ethernet.
It’s not the exact idea all of you are asking for in the comments but we believe it solves the main issue everyone agrees on: using Flics without your phone.
We’re sure the Flic Hub will solve a lot of things for you! But we’ll leave this topic open in case anyone wants to discuss it further.
I think Wifi consumes too much energy so that this don't really make sense despite you want to change battery every two weeks.
