I do some lifelogging, and there are often events that I don't track (I worked out, I meditated, I drank water, etc) because it's too much of a pain to open my phone, log into an app, and set the value.
Flic could be programmed with three frequent activities to track.
I do this too. I use a new site called Growthmetrics.io to track stuff by sending an email (ie: firstname.lastname@example.org with 3 in body = log entry made) -- With flic + IFTTT (gmail channel) this can now all be automated to make it possible to track ANYTHING, ANYWHERE. -- Meditation, water, exercise, smile, posture, etc.
